Life and Death Perpetual Enrollment

This life and death certificate enrolls and includes a person in all Special Benefits in life, at death, and after death. The person will be included along with all members, in all Masses and devotions offered by the Carmelites. The certificate, after being inscribed with one enrolled name, is presented in a beautiful wooden frame.

This framed enrollment certificate cannot be shipped outside Canada. If you request the certificate for an international address, it will be shipped in a tube or padded envelope without the frame.

We are unable to send this certificate by email as it is not signed or dated until the order is placed and the person enrolled.
