Lord, i lift up to you MS, that she may be able to achieve the time for provincial trials in her coming swimming competitions. Please provide her good health and strong mind and body.

Pls pray for my oldest son and his family who are going through some very difficult time. They are afflicted with anxiety and depression . So much so it is affecting their quality of life their ability to live daily.
