Please watch over my beloved cousin Francesca as she undergoes surgery tomorrow. Surround her with your heavenly prayers and place her safely in the loving hands of our Lord. Guide the surgeons, nurses, and everyone caring for her, granting them wisdom, skill, and steady hands.
