The Carmelites are doing wonderful work all over the world. One of their successful programs is “Hospitality Saturday” in the Parish of Our Lady of Lourdes in the rural area outside of San Salvador. In violence-torn El Salvador, these parish-sponsored weekly meals are a bright spot of safety and community for families and the elderly.
